Drawdown Arc is built on a simple principle: your financial data is none of our business. This policy explains exactly what we collect (very little), how we use it (transparently), and what rights you have (all of them).
Only one thing: your email address, voluntarily provided when you download an Excel report. No financial data is ever collected. All calculations run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter into the calculator never leave your device.
Your email is stored in Cloudflare KV (a key-value store) and synced to Brevo, our email platform. We use it only to communicate product updates — like new features, Pro availability, or important changes to the tool. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
We use browser localStorage for two things: saving your sidebar UI state (which sections are open or closed), and remembering that you've already provided your email so we don't ask again in the same session. That's it. No tracking cookies, no fingerprinting, no session identifiers.
Drawdown Arc does not run ads. We do not use behavioral tracking, fingerprinting, or session recording. If we add analytics in the future, it will be privacy-respecting and anonymous (e.g., Plausible or similar), and this policy will be updated before any analytics are deployed.
You can request deletion of your email at any time by emailing privacy@drawdownarc.com. We will remove it from both Cloudflare KV and Brevo within 30 days of your request. You can also simply choose not to provide your email — the calculator works fully without it.
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@drawdownarc.com and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes take effect when posted to this page. We will never retroactively weaken your privacy protections without notice.
