How we handle your data
Drawdown Arc is built on a simple principle: your financial data is none of our business. This policy explains exactly what we collect (very little), how we use it (transparently), and what rights you have (all of them).
Who we are
Drawdown Arc is operated by Trelawny Enterprises LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we handle your data.
What we collect
All calculations run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter into the calculator never leave your device, we never collect your financial data.
Free users: no data is collected at all. No account, no tracking, nothing stored server-side.
Pro subscribers: your email address, hashed password, and subscription tier are stored securely in Cloudflare's infrastructure to power your account. Your financial inputs remain on your device. They are only stored on our servers if you explicitly save a scenario, and only the inputs you choose to save.
How we use your email
Free users who sign up for updates: your email is stored in Cloudflare KV and synced to Brevo, our email platform, and used only to send product updates such as new features or important changes.
Pro subscribers: your email is stored in Cloudflare D1 (our database) and used for account management (onboarding, password reset, and billing notifications) as well as product updates.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
Local storage
We use browser localStorage for four things: saving your sidebar UI state (which sections are open or closed), remembering your light/dark theme preference, remembering that you've completed the onboarding flow, and remembering that you've already provided your email so we don't ask again. We use sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab) to remember your active withdrawal strategy during a session. No tracking cookies, no fingerprinting, no session identifiers.
No ads, no behavioral tracking
Drawdown Arc does not run ads. We do not use behavioral tracking, fingerprinting, or session recording.
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Plausible is a privacy-first analytics tool that uses no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across sites. All data is aggregated and anonymous. You can read more about Plausible's data practices at plausible.io/data-policy.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@drawdownarc.com. For free users on the email list, we will remove your email from Cloudflare KV and Brevo within 30 days. For Pro subscribers, we will delete your account, saved scenarios, and all associated data from our systems within 30 days. You can also simply choose not to provide your email. The calculator works fully without it.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@drawdownarc.com and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Changes take effect when posted to this page. We will never retroactively weaken your privacy protections without notice.
