Drawdown Arc is a software tool, not a financial advisor. By using this site you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose.
What Drawdown Arc is
Drawdown Arc is operated by Trelawny Enterprises LLC. It is a retirement projection calculator. It models income, spending, taxes, and asset depletion over time based on inputs you provide. It is a mathematical tool: not financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Nothing produced by Drawdown Arc should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment, or to take any particular financial action.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to create a Pro account. The free calculator is available to anyone. This site is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Pro subscription
Drawdown Arc Pro is a paid subscription available on a monthly ($10/month) or annual ($99/year) basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged using the payment method on file with our payment processor. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@drawdownarc.com.
Cancellation and access
When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. After that, you enter a 30-day read-only grace period during which you can view and export your saved scenarios but cannot create or edit them. After the grace period ends, your account is locked to free-tier access. Your saved data is retained and restored if you re-subscribe.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, email hello@drawdownarc.com and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are not available for renewal payments after the initial 30-day window.
Your data
You retain ownership of any scenario data you save. We do not sell, license, or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Drawdown Arc to scrape data, reverse-engineer the projection engine, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

All projections are estimates based on the inputs you provide and assumed rates of return, inflation, and spending. Drawdown Arc makes no guarantee of outcomes. Actual retirement results will differ, potentially materially, from any projection shown.
Drawdown Arc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on this tool.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
