New subscribers are covered by a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you subscribe and decide within the first 30 days that Drawdown Arc Pro isn't for you (for any reason), email us at hello@drawdownarc.com and we'll refund your payment in full. No forms, no explanations required.
How to request a refund
Email hello@drawdownarc.com from the address associated with your account. Include "Refund request" in the subject line. We'll initiate your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment provider) and returned to the original payment method.
Renewal payments
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment only. Refunds are not available for subsequent renewal charges. If you no longer want to be charged, cancel before your renewal date. You'll retain access through the end of your paid period.
Annual subscriptions
The same 30-day guarantee applies to annual subscriptions. If you subscribed annually and request a refund within 30 days, you'll receive the full annual amount back.
After cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically trigger a refund. It simply ends billing. If you want a refund and you're within the 30-day window, request it explicitly as described above.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse (e.g., repeated subscribe-refund cycles). In practice, we apply this policy generously.
